   West Midlands Militaria is a UK-based business specialising in the sale of militaria, including medals, badges, helmets, and related items. You can contact us by email at westmidsmilitaria@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility to Purchase
   You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products
   All products listed on our website are described as accurately as possible. As many of our items are antique or vintage, signs of age and wear may be present. Images are provided for reference but may not represent the item’s condition in complete detail. If you require more information, please contact us before purchasing.

4. Orders and Payments
   We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch for reasons including stock availability or suspected fraudulent activity.
   Payments are processed securely through Squarespace and its payment partners. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

5. Pricing
   All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs we are not obliged to supply the item at the incorrect price and will inform you before processing the order.

6. Shipping and Delivery
   We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and postal service availability. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
   The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for loss or delay caused by incorrect details supplied at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds
   If you are a UK or EU consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under consumer protection laws. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. You will be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item.

8. Authenticity and Restrictions
   We take care to ensure the authenticity of all militaria items. However, items are sold for historical and collectible purposes only. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws regarding the ownership, import, or export of militaria. We do not sell any items that glorify or promote hate.

9. Limitation of Liability
   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability to you in relation to any purchase will be limited to the total price paid for the item.

    All content on our website including images, text, and logos is the property of West Midlands Militaria and may not be copied or used without our permission.
